In this Window display we can admire other types of classic chocolate molds, such as the fish-shaped mold (n .1 and 2), linked to the feast of St. Andrew, or the molds for Easter chocolate eggs (n. 3). You can also see a series of catalogs of some of the Italian manufacturers of the early twentieth century, among which we must certainly remember Sartorio (n. 4), who was one of the greatest Italian producers of molds. In the first row at the bottom, we can see the classic nineteenth-century chocolatiers (n. 5 and 6), and shoe-shaped molds (n. 7) which are among the very first plastic molds in ABS. The latter are very rare to see, as they are easily subject to breakage.
